When I was younger, I carried that phrase with so much weight. Ati shame on you. That was the gravest insult known to me then. Hearing that statement or being told that statement made me understand that truly the actions that had earned it were regrettable, quite shameful. So I don't use it lightly.

This is gonna be a hate post, where I'm blatantly hating on certain types of people and behaviours, but with compassion, very little compassion though. The compassionate part is me offering obvious solutions to your bad behaviour, how gracious of me right?

Yes yes, you're welcome.

Out of 5, starting off strongly;

1. Conmen and conwomen

If you know you actively LIE to people to get money and you get it, out of their good will and kindness in their heart, shame on you.

You deal in mahenis just to satisfy your insatiable hunger for money. You thief! Despicable thief. If you also go around asking for donations under the guise of support yourself or others but it's actually to sustain your unemployed ass, shame on you. Umeskia Satia Hosea??? Mwizi mkubwa kama rais wako. Being compared to Wantam should make you go on a 21 day fast and self introspection.

Aside from the very deliberate attack, I also mean what I say. And conartistry comes in many forms…like borrowing close people money without the intention of paying back yet you agreed to do so. And so many others, scammers, liars, all of you.

YUCK!

What's the solution? Get a legal means of income. Get something to do that doesn't negatively affect people. Be honest in your dealings because you're offending people and making a mockery of their hard earned money. Abandon your wicked ways before thunder strikes you. Be warned.

2. People who litter.

Make it make sense. Why would you just throw trash all over the place? Who are you expecting to come clean up after you? What happened to being mindful of your surroundings? Now look at the city and your area is flooded. The drainage is blocked with your banana peels and sugarcane piece wrappings.

Then you go ahead yapping yapping about how a particular someone should use his dimples to clear the flood water in the CBD. Even though he is still majorly part of the problem, ( WANTAM) you are too.

You are too! Change!

Remove your bad manners from your pocket, put your trash there and throw it away properly ukifika where you're going. Aaahhh! shame on you

3. Rude customer service workers

OH. MY. GOSH.

You know, it's really not a must by the way. Who forced you to work in a place where you're ACTIVELY interacting with fellow human beings? Imagine your foul attitude ruins an ordinary mwananchi's day for absolutely no reason. Just because you don't like people. Ati you're not a people's person. Si you go stay by yourself then? Do customers have to feel like they're begging you just to accord them with basic human service? They don't have to be made to feel like they're receiving consultation from God himself just because you've got experience and expertise.

The atmosphere is already burdensome politically, economically and socially for you to be throwing around your nasty attitude as a service provider. 4. People who are rude to customer service people

We have to be fair here, so we're going to be speaking to both sides of the situation.

If you know that you, with all the kiburi you have in your head, derive some twisted kind of pleasure from making the work of service providers hell, be very ashamed of yourself. I know for a fact that there are some super kind hearted people who serve others and the public with diligence and humanity.

Then there’s you, descendant of the meanest version of Grinch himself mixed with all the wickedness that is there to be offered.

You decide to bully waiters, waitresses, shopkeepers, mama mbogas, receptionists and makangas all in the name of giving them a taste of their own medicine. You should be embarrassed to explore that line of thought. Yuck . These are your fellow human beings and should be accorded with respect that you yourself expect. Because God forbid Wendy brought you two sugars instead of three, now you're telling her how she checks all the wrong boxes.

“But si I also have bad days that make me irate?”

Learn Emotional maturity! Learn the act of CONSIDERATION Beatrice! GROW UP and be considerate eishh!

5. Body shamers

If you’ve ever opened your filthy mouth to maliciously criticise a man, woman, boy or girl for their natural physique, I hope you stub your small toes. REPEATEDLY.

Even worse, these evil people who dare make fun of those who are differently abled. People with disabilities. I promise you your soul is as dark as your horrible bleak future. What gives you the right to make someone feel substandard, sub human, in fact sub anything because of something they can’t control. On what high horse do you sit on, to call out people who already have it hard enough given the pathetic society we live in? It costs nothing to be kind, it won't cost you your precious air Beatrice, to shut it about poor man with a permanent limp.

You know what solution you deserve? Solitary confinement to think of your disgusting behaviour. Shame on you!!

Shame shame shame on youuuu all the dudus know your name! In this case ata them knowing your name is an insult…to the insects themselves.

It is my HOPE that my hate inspires you to change your ways. You can’t be acting uncivilised and inconsiderate in this day and age. CHANGE YOUR WAYS.
